The assistant
It listens, it reads what you hand it, and it takes people where they are going.
Not a chat bot that repeats your own question back at you. One assistant, on every screen and on your own website, that knows your business because you told it.

Four things most chat boxes cannot do.
- Speak instead of typing. Press Speak and just say it. On every box you type into anywhere on this platform, not only in the chat. That is a rule here, not a feature.
- Hand it a file. A photograph, a PDF, a spreadsheet. It reads it and answers about it.
- A knowledge centre you fill in. It answers from what you told it about your business, and it is told never to invent a price, a fact or a promise. If it does not know, it says so and fetches a person.
- It sends people places. Answers carry real links, so instead of describing your booking page it opens it.
Yours, not ours
Your name, your questions, your brain.
Every part of the assistant belongs to the company using it. Your customers never see a word we wrote.
Call it whatever you like
It can be Scout, or your own name, or your dog. Your customers see that name and nothing else.
The buttons are yours
The suggested questions under the box are set by you, so nobody ever faces an empty chat wondering what to type.
It knows your business
You write what it knows. It answers from that, and it is told plainly never to make something up.
Your keys or ours
Bring your own AI account or use ours. Either way you can see exactly how much was used and cap it.
It knows when to fetch a person
When somebody needs a human, it opens a ticket on a real help desk instead of going in circles.
The same one, everywhere
On your pages, on your own website through the snippet, and on the screens you work in. One brain, not four.
Fair warning
What this assistant will not do.
It will not invent a price
Prices come from a database row, not from the assistant's imagination. It can only ever quote the price you actually set.
It will not invent a customer
No fake reviews, no fake counts, no fake 'somebody just bought this'. If it did not happen, it is not shown.
It will not pretend to know
When it does not have the answer it says so and gets a person, rather than guessing confidently.
Ask this one anything.
The blue button in the corner is the real thing, running on this page. It has been told about TapOneLink and nothing else, and it can quote our prices because it reads them from the same place this website does.
